RETURN POLICY

Graded Cards: We do not accept returns on graded cards. Please ask us any questions before making your purchase. We will do our best to respond to questions in a timely fashion.

Ungraded Cards: We do our best to assign an accurate, objective grade to our ungraded cards. For sets and lots, we assign an average grade. If you are unsatisfied with a product in any way, please contact us to see if we can resolve the issue. If for some reason we can not resolve the issue, we will offer you a refund for the product once it is returned. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges and returns must be made within 7 days of receipt.

Unopened Material: All of our unopened material is guaranteed unopened/unsearched. We will accept returns provided we receive the item back in its original unopened condition or, in the case of vending boxes, the cards have not been removed from the box and remain in the original factory collation. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges and returns must be made within 7 days of receipt.
