Concisely delivering real-time auction data and instant access to consignment history, our consignors are never left in the dark. With on-demand price and bidding updates in one forum, the inconvenience of viewing individual eBay listings is now obsolete. Plus, the portal can track submission statuses and send out automated email notifications when items have been received, scheduled, ended, and finalized. Marketing:
Have an item that deserves special marketing? Let us know! We encourage our consignors to inform us when they submit high-value items. Simply note on your submission form if you have an item(s) with an auction value of $1,000 or greater and we will prioritize them when marketing to our 55,000+ active e-mail subscribers.
Acceptable Submissions:
4 Sharp Corners will only accept cards professionally graded by PSA, SGC, BGS/BVG/BCCG, and CSG, comics graded by CGC and CBCS, coins graded by PCGS and NGC, and video games graded by CGC, VGA, and WATA. We also accept factory sealed wax boxes, cases, and factory sets and similar items authenticated by BBCE, RVP, and GAI. 4 Sharp Corners reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse to auction any item showing evidence of tampering or alteration. Our Commitment to You:
We will list your item a maximum of 10 days after receiving it. In most cases, we will be able to exceed this standard.
All items will be listed on eBay within a duration of 5, 7, or 10-days. 5 and 7-day auctions can begin any day of the week and are typically listed within 48 business hours of receipt. All 10-day auctions will begin every Thursday and are part of The Sunday Showcase. Any 5 or 7-day auction ending on Sunday is also considered part of The Sunday Showcase auction.
We will settle all consignments on or before the 21st day after auctions end (or the next business day). This gives us ample time to navigate all eBay return policies and provide you with a finalized invoice. When we sell your cards for you, we want to ensure that they stay sold.
Consignors meeting certain criteria have the choice to receive their payment through PayPal, check, or ACH. Simply select the preferred payment method on our submission form and provide the appropriate information.
As a courtesy to buyers, we are asking that consignors remove all items from their PSA registry prior to shipping their order.
